Where do you deliver?
We will be offering delivery of our cheesecakes to Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview soon. For now, they are available for pick up at 130 Westmorland Street, Moncton, NB.
How do you ship your cheesecakes?
All our cheesecakes are shipped in specially designed packaging.
Is there HST on my order?
There are no HST charges on full cakes.
Can I select my pick up date?
Yes, you can select your pick up date (between Sunday-Thursday 4pm-9pm). All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Can I cancel my order?
Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

Do you offer Gluten-Free Cheesecakes?
Yes, our Torta Di Limoncello and Dark Chocolate Ganache Cheesecakes are GLUTEN FREE. The Chocolate Torta cake is GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE, and we offer modifications to accommodate dietary needs.
However, please note that our products are baked in a facility that processes wheat.
What size are your cheesecakes?
Our Cheesecakes weigh 8 to 13 lbs each and serve up to 16 people. See order page for complete details.

What are your payment options?
We accept major credit cards, gift cards and debit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be authorized upon placing your order.
How to apply a gift card for online ordering?
You can enter your gift card number at the checkout page before placing your order.
Cheesecake Care & Storage
How will my Güsto cheesecake arrive?
Cheesecakes will arrive fresh and cool to the touch. Cakes are shipped in a Güsto cake box.
How should I store my Güsto cheesecakes?
Our cheesecakes will last up to seven days in the refrigerator. Your Güsto cheesecake will taste as fresh as if you were enjoying it at Güsto. Cheesecakes can be frozen.
How should I serve my Güsto Cheesecake?
Cheesecakes should be served directly from the refrigerator.
What is the best way to cut a whole Güsto cheesecake?
Use a knife that has been dipped in hot water to cut the cheesecake. A chef’s knife or cake knife works best. Wipe the knife with a hot damp towel in between each slice to ensure a smooth cut.

How can I use my Gift Card?
Our Güsto Gift Cards can be used for orders placed by phone or online. They can be used multiple times until they run out and they can be reloaded. Great gift for friends and family to celebrate with a Güsto Cheesecake!
What is an E-Gift Card?
Güsto’s e-Gift Cards are virtual gift cards that are sent directly to the recipient’s cell phone. They can be used for orders placed in store or online.
